The Trade Union of Seaward X Technology Has Been Officially Established, Offering All Employees A Dedicated "home for Staff"

01 Election Procedures

To further optimize the corporate organizational structure, effectively safeguard employees’ legitimate rights and interests, and rally momentum for the high-quality development of the enterprise, Seaward X Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. convened the First Plenary Session of the 1st Trade Union Member (Representative) Congress on June 18, under the guidance of trade union officials from Nantong Zhongxing Sub-district. This marks the official establishment of the company’s trade union, providing all staff with an exclusive "home for employees".

The conference adopted a hybrid online-offline format, covering the Nantong headquarters and four branch offices in Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan and Haikou. Staff representatives gathered to discuss and advance corporate development together.

In strict compliance with the Trade Union Constitution and standardized election procedures, the conference proceeded with rigorous, open and transparent formalities to complete all agenda items. Through secret competitive ballot voting, members of the 1st Trade Union Committee and the 1st Trade Union Funds Review Committee of the company were elected in accordance with the law.

All trade union committee members held an open democratic election to appoint Chen Lu as the first Chairperson of the Trade Union. The committee further designated the Vice Chairperson of the Trade Union, Director and members of the Women Employees’ Committee, as well as Director of the Funds Review Committee. The newly elected trade union leadership will serve a five-year term.

02 Forge Ahead on a New Journey

Based on the company’s cross-regional development layout, the new trade union leadership will coordinate employee services for the headquarters and all regional branches. It will fully leverage the bridging role of the trade union, listen to employees’ voices, prioritize their needs, and deliver solid work on rights protection, welfare support, cultural and recreational activities, and assistance for staff in hardship. The union will continuously strengthen connections among cross-regional teams and unlock every employee’s creativity.

A new organization bears new missions and new responsibilities. Moving forward, the Trade Union of  Seaward X Technology will strengthen grassroots trade union development, serve all employees with sincerity and dedication, unite the entire workforce to forge ahead in solidarity, and jointly write a new chapter of high-quality development for this technology enterprise.
